Jay Borick, MD

Jay Borick, MD, is a highly skilled and board-certified orthopedic surgeon who treats a variety of issues. Dr. Borick specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries of the knee and shoulder and total joint replacement procedures.

A graduate of Chicago Medical School, Dr. Borick completed his orthopedic residency and internship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx borough of New York City. He continued his education in sports medicine and reconstructive knee and shoulder surgery at the Southern California Center for Sports Medicine in Long Beach, California.

Dr. Borick also has a bachelor’s degree in psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his master’s degree in applied physiology at Finch University of Health Sciences in Chicago.

When not assisting his patients, Dr. Borick enjoys spending time with his family. He also participates in a number of sporting activities, including weight training, snow skiing and waterskiing, and backpacking.
